Official appointment of Mr. Enrique Arturo Gutiérrez López Portillo as Honorary Consul of Mongolia in Mexico

Ambassador Batbayar Ulziidelger welcomed Mr. Enrique Arturo Gutiérrez López Portillo, who has been appointed as the Honorary Consul of Mongolia in the United Mexican States. During their meeting, the Ambassador presented Mr. Gutiérrez with the official seal issued by Mongolia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, formally designating him as Honorary Consul.

The Ambassador expressed his best wishes for Mr. Gutiérrez in his new role and conveyed his confidence that he would make a contribution to strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Mexico.
