The Consular Section of the Embassy provides the following services to Mongolian citizens living in the United States.
- Civil registration — birth, marriage and death registration
- Notary services — powers of attorney, certified translations and copies
- Passports — new passports, renewals and replacements
- Citizenship — determination, renunciation and restoration
- Other — certificates, references and emergency assistance
